If you're not getting hotels on long trips where are you stealing your robes from

 

But really I used to do day trips like that for sure, I don't do it as much anymore because I've done it enough and it's nice to switch it up

I literally just learned that they stopped asking for keycards when you check out

this whole time I thought they re-use them

 

I don't wear robes and always return the key cards. If they're never reusing them, that is INSANE. What a waste

 

And while we're on the subject.....I don't even like staying in hotels at all. The thought of thousands of other people being there before me creeps me out. I like my own space

second and we removed all the carpet/redid the floors/kitchen, etc.

and we didn't keep their bed and sleep in it

 

love a nice hotel room. mark cannot stand simple luxuries.

i have a marriott reward for a free night stay to use and ive considered just getting myself a hotel room for a night to just fuckin do nothing in lol

I often think back to my college years and the filthy couches I slept on and can't believe I lived that way for so long. A hotel should be nothing to me

Dave, what the fuck are you talking about? Yes. I shower daily. Sometimes twice. What does that have to do with not liking to stay at a hotel?

The VP I spoke with yesterday actually responded to the thank you email. never had that before.

He, and then the recruiter in an additional email, said that he enjoyed our conversation yesterday. recruiter then asked if i had any deadline for interviews since they had a couple more scheduled after the holidays.

seems positive. heres to hoping i move forward.

both jobs i'm interviewing for seem interesting. would love to be done job hunting too.
