it makes sense that its the 2nd one. they always want patty to be the sheriff but his style of play thats worked so well the last 2-3 years just isnt adaptable with the guys they have now, except kelce, who gets older every game, and it easily covered.

lol my bad I should have been more specific, but basically treat it like a preseason game. get kelce and chris jones out there for like a quarter, play majority backups. easier to do it (optics wise) this week vs the texans than on christmas day vs the steelers
