That's not on him, that's coaching. Theyve made that pretty clear. I'd say THATS on Baalke but that isn't true either since that was Urban Meyers guy lol and he's a scheme fit for Doug too. GMs taking guys that don't fit with the scheme are stupid though. This goes back to "it's not easy but it doesn't have to be this hard". The GM should be serving the coach, not vice versa. Look at all the most successful teams in the last two decades and the vast majority operated that way.

 

That’s for sure. I like Little better than Cam for the future though. More versatile. Other zone blocking schemes would love to have him
