It’s just so wild to me how closely the Hurts/Sirianni era of the Eagles mirrors the Wentz/Pederson era. They were resetting with new QBs in 2016/2021 which lead to moderate expectations that they wildly exceeded in route to super bowls in 2017/2022, followed by years of behind the scenes drama when they have not been able to recapture their super bowl form in 2018/2023 and 2019/2024, which led to an implosion in 2020 that I am just bracing for next year at this point

 

I FINALLY start buying into this team again after they beat the Ravens, even though the offense barely did anything in that win, and I’m immediately reminded of how this team cannot even win games without airing out bad vibes

 

But at least the defense is good and they have an awesome WR duo and OL
