The concern has never once crossed my mind! Are you buying some sort of insanely absorbent pickle, holding like a cup of pickle brine or what?

 

Also keep in mind, and I only expect like three of you to know this, but the structural integrity of gluten free bread is DIRE. Any stray moisture can render a hamburger bun inedible.
