Shane Waldron sucked so bad he got Thomas Brown two promotions in one season

 

Williams and the offense turned it around so well under Brown they gave him a 5 game audition for HC. Kinda risky in a way though, you don’t want to put too much on his plate, give him less time with Caleb and ruin the momentum. And how many times has an interim HC been kept after the season? Just Antonio Pierce?
