that doesn’t mean you don’t count it though? I think a DB getting THIRTY SACKS is just as valuable as interceptions were back in the day when they were less special

I did yes, I think the comparison metric is kinda lopsided in how it’s weighed to try to uphold players from former eras who put up counting stats that aren’t possible anymore while others were not counted yet

For example, basically no RB other than Derrick Henry gets old school amounts of rushing volume but that doesn’t mean Henry should be the last RB to ever make the HOF haha

It would be silly not to put CMC in the hall if he finished his career strong just because they don’t weigh RB receiving yards as much or something

 

Not saying that’ll happen but that’s what ignoring Rodney Harrison’s sacks is to me. He was one of the best blitzing safeties ever and that was a small part of his skillset

In any technical element you choose to critique it on, Jaws is a perfect film. The editing, the lighting, the sound design. It is the standard for film school. I know, because every single class I took from sophomore through senior year showed it at least once, sometimes twice.
