My god y’all food poisoning was so horrible. I’m “better” now but I haven’t eaten in 36 hours and now I’m scared to eat and have no idea what to put in my stomach. It’s gotta be something, I’m wicked hungry and low on energy.

I did eat one piece of bread at 7:30 - there was nothing but stomach acid in me and it was giving me acid reflux. And even that one piece of bread felt really hard to chew and get down.

But damn. That’s the most I’ve thrown up in my life easily and it sucks cause you feel better for like 15 minutes and then immediately get that nausea you can’t alleviate in any position again. Plus the rapid swings from getting super hot and thinking you’re gonna throw up and then getting super cold/clammy and NEEDING blankets back and forth. Don’t get food poisoning guys.

 

I’ve gone through a lot of terrible shit in my life and food poisoning is one of the worst

Lesson being, you have no idea how long that consomme’ was sitting out, or if they follow FDA safe service standards for how long to keep it at what temperature and when to throw it out and make a fresh batch. A greasy beef dipping broth is a HOT zone for bacteria if you don’t go by the rules
