the head coach of indiana is like 60 and toiled around at small programs most of his life and now because the team is having their best year in a century his name is getting attached to programs like Florida and osu. you don't get that really in the pros since it seems like it's a rule that you have to be a coordinator for five years and then take on the worst team in the league and make them a playoff team to actually have a career
