I usually do my office hours in my supervisor’s office and she does a lot of foster work with cats so she brings in a bunch of cats, which is super cute, but also dangerous with rolling chairs because we obviously gotta keep an eye out for where the cats are. It also smells when they shit

But the worst thing of all is when people just keep coming into the office unprompted to play with the cats and chat up a storm with my supervisor in her already small office while I’m trying to do work

Just go away!

lol the list of trainings my temp has to complete is hysterical. She's with us for 2 months and is remote, and they're mandating she takes a Forklift Safety test. We're going to spend $500 on her just sitting there watching training videos.

 

i'll take a remote forklift safety training test if they'll pay me

lol if only you knew Marketo, I woulda absolutely made you my temp.

But my main frustration is that there are elements of the website that are just broken, and we can't pay to fix them because "no budget" but we're gonna let our contract bill us $85/hour for 6 hours of irrelevant training.

 

Just another one of those reminders that we are a really really really dumb company lol

 

Sadly never used Marketo. Least not yet.

 

I will never say Go Birds again now that I know Dink is a cat hater

 

tbf most companies are like this. weirdly inflexible in ways that cost them money and good employees.

 

going to a show tomorrow and i kind of wish i wasn't

it's going to ruin my panada express (bigger plate btw) and friday night gaming routine

 

New Touche quite good. New Pom Pom Squad also quite good
