Spent the majority of my therapy session today talking about the election. Not sure if it was worth the time/money but it was nice just to vent about something other than my usual anxiety issues.

 

timing is pretty perfect lol.

 

It really was. My anxiety is actually pretty much back to "normal" so I was fine talking about something else.

 

i've got my therapy session tomorrow and I'm sure it's going to come up
