Reading the thread while in a meeting is almost exactly like using drugs. Suddenly I realize I'm laughing and that people around me are talking about something and I have no idea what is going on, but have to pretend like I do know what's going on so I just nod when people look at me and shrug like "yeah, sounds good to me"
