good news - we won our first game 38-3.
bad news - it was a no name FCS program and probably should’ve won by a lot more than that.

Yeah, that might not be static shock, might legit be an ungrounded switch. My house is ~50 years old and a decent chunk of my wiring is ungrounded to light switches, if one of the wires is a little loose, in a metal box (also common in that era), the screws are electified basically. Not enough power to f*ck you up, but, 100% will shock you at each touch.

Decent odds its just static, but, probably worth touching something else first to dissipate the static and then see if the light switch still shocks you. Pretty easy to fix if it does, but, also kind of fire-startey if unfixed
