We got back from the hospital and right then your package arrived

Just got through opening it, this is SO much more than I ever could've asked for, this is so unbelievably kind. I'm so excited to get started fishing around here. Gonna take my kids this weekend to get rods and get started hopefully very soon!

Lmao I just had my review with my manager and she gave me a 3/5 for 2024.

Keep in mind I’ve received a 5/5 every single year I’ve worked here and this year I scored lower because they outsourced the entire team to Costa Rica, hired a trainer down there who never shows up to work or any training I do, and I apparently “didn’t develop him enough” because again, he never shows up to work

 

I do think it’s partly a sham that they told her to not give out any 4’s or 5’s to save money for raises and I could sense she was very nervous to tell me, but still.

But nah let’s fire all government employees (who have transparent pay and raises) and get them working in the wonderful private world!!

 

I'm legit jealous
