One hour later and we have not been called in yet, no updates given. People who arrived after us have been called in. We couldn’t get a wheelchair for Laura at all. No staff available to help. We’re only here cuz the ER couldn’t burn the disc with the X-rays which forced us to specifically go to this hospital. Laura’s in pain because she can’t elevate her foot. I’m about to raise hell
