my company is a facilities maintenance company, we basically get contracted by big businesses to facilitate the repairs and upkeep needed in their stores. im a project manager in our larger project/construction side which handles relatively small scale construction and remodels, but will also handle jobs that are above a certain dollar threshold that the repairs side is not equipped to handle.

i basically hire people to go do work and put markup on their costs and send it to my customers for approval they say yes i say ok and the job gets done.
