We got a bad survey from a client saying "I never heard back from this person" (paraphrasing to omit names) and I checked the case they were referring to and the person had filled it out with gibberish and closed it without response even though they also asked others for help on it. Like actual gibberish, letter spam

on tuesday I sent an email and text message to all 7 of the guys that report to me about using their phones while driving. every one of our trucks is 2022 or newer so they have screens or they're allowed to buy a phone mount if it doesn't show maps or whatever. I had to be a dick and have all of them each respond to my email acknowledging that they understand and agree
