eh i don’t need a band to be a trained monkey for me. FJM is a super engaging performer and i love that but if the songs are good enough ill want to hear them live and im not expecting some big production of it. just play them well and be in tune

i was thinking of going to united blood, assbeater of a lineup, but it sold out in like five minutes lol

 

ive seen menzingers like 6 or 7 times probably theyre a great live band and i pretty much like all their stuff but they dont really play anything from chamberlain waits anymore which is a bummer. not sure i can be bothered to shell out $50 to see them play my least favorite local venue when they stop here in the spring.

as far as those springsteen bands for people who like punk go, i find myself coming back to titus andronicus the most these days
