My friend group has kind of shifted over the last few years. My "best friends" from college and all that kinda went their separate ways. I still see them and talk to them but it's pretty scattered and whatever. The friend I've had from sophomore year of high school is also like...kinda shitty? Like she and I have been really good friends for a long time but like...and this is why I got a little agitated with Mark III (Sorry Mark) she never makes the effort, it's always me. Maisie is almost three months old and she still hasn't come by to see her/us despite constant "I gotta get down there" texts. And it's not an uncommon pattern with her.
