Tour booking is so hard. The original agency who planned to include us on a big tour in April still hasn’t given me a real answer when I ask about what venues we’re confirmed for, and now I feel like I shouldn’t wait around cause 3 months out is pretty late to book tour. But when I’m asking around for support bands, half of them don’t know if they’ll be available / aren’t ready to commit, even though last tour 2-3 months out everyone was booked up already.

What is the damn sweet spot lol, so hard to balance 1) waiting a LONG time to hear back about things you thought were rock solid 2) wanting to get booked early before everything’s booked up
