i am getting ready for bed but yes i saw it. i think there’s a slight difference from, to use your example, propping up what is cool about a subcultural form of music that the other person - by their own admission - does not engage with vs. saying the food scene of a city is bad when multiple other people were just talking about how it’s good. but i’m splitting hairs. it’s all good.
