I had to fight racist douchebags at my high school, had to learn how to fight pretty quick cause the bullying started getting bad and I've never been the type to just take disrespect, there were times my dad (while suffering from ex-military related PTSD and bouts of paranoia / psychosis) was meaner to me than any of those schoolkids so i grew pretty thick skin
