Yeah but people overrate Boston and underrate Baltimore is the main difference there

As someone who lives 20 minutes from Boston I’d be happy never stepping foot or driving in that place again

All I’m saying is the Netherlands isn’t that great, even compared to the rest of Europe, forget the America comparisons if you’re going to Europe to have an experience that’s unique and stands out that’s just not one of the top countries for it imo

Delegitimizing how cultures evolve for one. It's also not "taking an interest" when it comes to stuff like Italian food. It's more close-minded and pretentious. When it's non-white cultures too people get real weird about it. Can't remember the term. Plus in the end it's food, being authentic doesn't mean you can cook.
