Haven’t heard any negatives about him in Philly except for “Look how bad his YPRR and stats are,” but those can be directly explained by the fact that Hurts doesn’t throw him the ball and the coaching staff hasn’t drawn up any plus for him, even when Brown and Smith were out with injuries.

I was all for the trade because they absolutely needed to improve upon Quez Watkins as their WR3. I get the argument that a third rounder was probably a bit rich (especially now when you see what other, better WRs have gone for), but I get it from the perspective that the Eagles were acquiring a young player still on a rookie contract.

If you told Howie that Dotson was going to get open, but Hurts still wasn’t going to throw him the ball and the coaching staff wasn’t going to try getting him more involved in the offense, I don’t think he would have traded for him lol

 

Being a receiver for Hurts must kind of suck lol

I know I’m the anti-PFF guy, but remove the “catchpoint & YAC grade” here because Dotson doesn’t get thrown the ball and consider the names around Dotson who they’ve graded similarly in their ability to just separate

I genuinely believe he’d be putting up legit numbers of Sirianni’s whole offensive philosophy wasn’t “The passing game runs through AJ, DeVonta, and Dallas,” which is a very real thing that can be seen in social media videos the Eagles have shared for years now. I believe it’s created this shared tunnel vision between the coaching staff and Hurts, which is how Britain Covey is still THIRD amongst WRs on the team in receptions despite having not played since week THREE and all three of Brown, Smith, and Goedert missing time due to injuries!

 

it does kinda seem like it, though she was still meowing all throughout the pneumonia haha. we had like a week of her seeming totally normal between the first bout and the second so we’re still kinda waiting to see if it comes back, but she’s def feeling better the last two days

 

And I know I’m the anti-Shanny guy too, but could you imagine Shanahan telling Purdy and the offense that the passing game only runs through Deebo, Aiyuk, and Kittle? Jauan Jennings is a good player!
