Feel like we can directly blame the loss on Trevor’s two ugly turnovers even though he ended up with good numbers

the INT and fumble were both really bad / his fault and we only lost by 3. Defense partially to blame too but it’s not like other defenses are stopping Jordan Love either. We certainly had the opportunity to score more than 30 and/or take one of GBs touchdowns off the board without those two turnovers. I’d be more lenient if they were unavoidable turnovers in impossible situations but they weren’t

He threw the pick at the start of the 2nd and we were down 3 with the fumble. The defense was a huge let down, especially considering a backup QB came in. 3 TDs and a game tying drive in the final two minutes is exactly what we want

The fumble was just ugly, no excuse to drop the ball like that. Either scramble to the side much sooner than you did or accept the sack and live to see another down.

the INT was not only ugly but it also directly led to 7 points. Jarrian Jones had just picked off Love in the red zone and we gave the ball DIRECTLY back to them at our own 20. That’s obviously on the QB and swung the game enough for GB to stay ahead.

again, to be fair to our defense, other teams haven’t been stopping Malik Willis either lol. Packers offense is humming, defense is gonna give up points to very good offenses sometimes. You gotta work with the situation you’re given and our offense didn’t do that until it was too late. If Trevor had one turnover instead of two we probably win tbh

Not all turnovers are equal, i do make excuses for Trevor when the situation forced his hand, neither of those turnovers were like that and they were both bad enough to drag down a 300 yard 2 TD game imo. And also to lose us a close game we very much could’ve won. We just paid him franchise QB1 money so I will be judging him as such when he makes unforced errors.
