Detroit and it’s surroundings are a hell of a lot more family friendly to raise your kids in then Vegas lol

there is nothing appealing about that Vegas job outside of Brady saying “come on, I promise it’ll be good”

like, you go there, you might as well trade Crosby and rebuild with picks because you’re picking 6, most the top 5 want a QB, none of the QBs scream great to me, your division is brutal, you have an incredible lack of talent on offense..

 

That raiders team is barren. I guess the draw is “I will rebuild this how I want” but you’re more likely to be fired after 2 years than make the playoffs there

 

When I say location, I’m including the team facilities.

I would rather be in Vegas with a brand new stadium, training facility etc vs. shivering in 100 year old soldier field getting smacked by my former team twice a year lol

 

My assumption is that if he’s going there he’s getting assurances of patience and is gonna try and build them to be ready for a QB, vs. some desperation trade up for Sanders.

 

If Tom Brady was a fan of mine and advocating for me as Head Coach I'd probably be listening pretty closely as well

Think alot of it can be boiled down to simple hubris

 

How can you trust anything from that org?

I don’t trust Davis. I do trust Brady. I’m fairly confident he’s gonna do what he did for the last decade of his career and shove the owner in the closet and dictate how he wants things to run.

 

wish I still wasn't snowed in though, didnt expect to be discussing the LV HC job on a Saturday during lunch time

 

soldier field is trash but how long are the bears even going to remain there lol the team is constantly trying to move into the burbs

 

Even if they got a plan approved today that’s like a 3 year process lol.

 

I feel like stadium would be low on my priority list unless Ben Johnson is afraid of the weather in which case he’s not the guy anyway

 

Let’s put it this way. I’m prepared to put money down he doesn’t end up in Chicago or Jax. I would bet on a return to Detroit followed by Vegas.

Mark Davis is in as much control of the Raiders as I am right now lol. It’s a wrap for him.

 

Jax is almost the exact opposite of this lol

 

Vegas is probz the worst HC opening roster wise, only way I see ben wanting that position is if Davis lets him construct the team and rebuilds how he wants, but even then the owner seems to have unrealistic expectations for the organization and will be fired in two years anyways so it is a lil stinker of a job. that division is probably on lock for another half decade or so easily as well.
