also I was using my work laptop, but the truth is worse. My personal laptop is a chromebook that I haven't touched in years lol

that was the first of many impulse pandemic 2020 buys

 

I would not care AT ALL which phone people had if iMesssging wasn’t the normal reality these days.

My brother’s wife is such a pro-android person and will let you know about it all the time (even though her husband works for apple!), but I’m like girl, do you ever realize we don’t text at all and only communicate via Instagram messenger??

Androids ruin group chats. Long texts will come in multiple texts and out of order. If you don’t have good service in your area then it’ll never happen. Just so outdated. Try to send a photo? Good luck. Takes like 5 tries

 

I got my wife a Chromebook once and god it was awful

She has a MacBook again now and it's so much better. I don't think I'll get a laptop that isn't a MacBook at this point, every one has been disappointing except the MacBooks (but I've LOVED my gaming PC which is obviously not Mac because lol can you imagine)

multiple Samsung Galaxys (S5,6,7)
Motorola Nexus 6 (probably favorite android ever)
HTC One M7 & M8
OnePlus One (also very cool for the time)
Amazon Fire Phone (dog shit)
LG G4 (I think)

but have been solidly iPhone since the 6S

it's the #1 source of stress in my marriage lol. my wife begs me like twice a month to switch, mostly so she can text me while flying whenever one of us is traveling

 

I’m just lazy and it’s easy to keep getting a new iPhone. I don’t need all the crazy bells and whistles.

 

I used Nokia into Motorola Razr into iPhones for a while and then 1 Samsung Galaxy Note I don't remember which one, which broke pretty immediately, then back to my current iPhone

 

my first smart phone was a Samsung Galaxy S3 and I was so gung-ho and obnoxious about it. I even joined a Google+ Galaxy S3 circle way back in the day

 

wow I am just telling on myself today

 

this was peak cell phone technology, we’d be in a much better place as a society if we never went further than this

Sometimes in my nightmares I'm stuck with a Blackberry Pearl again.

 

I disagree, the phones were too easy to break when you got drunk and threw them at the wall

 

My buddy had this phone and his ringtone was the MLB Tonight theme. I have vivid memories of this lol

hell yeah, loved the little slide out keyboard

 

The real cool guys had that in orange but my mom would never let me get it in a color

 

My wife had an android when we started dating and we legit only used WhatsApp to text for a few years before she switched to an iPhone lol
