i use outlook for email

I use it to autorespond to emails

We use the term jira for stuff we do on salesforce. Does that count for anything?

 

Yeah right now I use Salesforce and then defects with our product I check on in Jira to see if anyone has done work

 

Salesforce sucks and it's still better than what I used before Salesforce

i used Lotus Notes and then Salesforce at my old company - i think Salesforce is actually very good but my company used it so poorly, but now at this company we're on FacilIT and it is a pleasure to use.
