Like, there's a handful of team situations where they'd be mid-tier or even good jobs, but have bad owners (see: Jets). And a few teams that might otherwise be mid, but have uniquely great owners (see: Steelers/Packers)

I mean, haircut mcgee having no input and letting Brady be defacto owner and working with a GM would be a HUGE improvement over what the Raiders have had for decades. Same way Jerry stepping back from GM made a big difference for the Cowboys (and Woody's plane going down would make a big difference for the Jets).
