I’m weirdly so excited for tomorrow. My boss is gonna have a more official response to me quitting after having talked to the leadership team, and I may even score some freelance work outta it haha

Oh absolutely not. I told them I would stay on as a contractor until they replace me to score some bonus cash. But I told my boss what my new salary is and she indicated it’s more than she makes as a senior director so they’re not gonna bother to counter haha

Yes. It was. It’s a 50% raise and it puts us back in a position to afford a house in MA where Maisie will get a nursery and not a dining room lol
