After sleeping on it...I'm somehow oddly comforted by the thought that it took the Pacers having their 5th best shooting night of the season to scrape by the Cavs - who had our absolute worst shooting night of the season without our all-star point guard.

That said...if Garland can't come back healthy - which is a real concern - we're toast.

This Cavs Pacers series has the potential to be really fun if the Pacers can keep this up. Mathurin could be an X-factor if he finds some consistency. I’ll be interested to see how Siakam plays. He’s shot pretty poorly for the most part against the Cavs this year.

    That was always the plan!

hoping Conley comes off the bench sooner rather than later.

i like okc more than denver but im rooting for a swift denver win this series so okc overpays for giannis since their package is better than what houston has

Maybe, but missing our all-star point guard is not ideal.

Donovan Mitchell SHOULD be the best player in the series and Cavs are a bit deeper, they will be fine with or without garland

I don’t think OKC wants Giannis even after an early exit, not the best fit and they’d have to give up a ton. They’d probably just improve on the margins and keep investing in their youth.

If OKC runs away with a title, I don’t think there’d be any reason to trade for Giannis. SGA is the only one in his prime right now and that’s really just started. J-Dub and Chet could reach new heights in one to two seasons and the role players are only going to get better too.

OKC has too many young guys who they can’t continue to pay once they’re off the rookie scale. they’re going to move them for someone lol. not reasonable to think otherwise.

why pass on giannis to eventually do it for someone worse than him

i specifically said my hope is denver beats them so they do it. no one said anything about them winning a ring and trading for giannis lol

looked at okc's salary table and forgot they're still paying kevin porter jr this year from when they got him in a trade and immediately cut him

    Nope. Supporter

One of Jalen or Chet would absolutely be in any potential Giannis trade. Nico Harrison has ruined all perspective

Not gonna lie, didn’t read or even see your post and had no idea you were the start of any Giannis to OKC talk.
