I kinda get that feeling, too. Especially with Seattle possibly getting a team again. He asked for PG help last summer, and they signed KCP. Plus, they didn't replace the playmaking provided by Ingles or Fultz.

Going back to something you alluded to earlier with the heavy GS crowd presence last night, I think Orlando is in a unique situation because of Disney. They're selling tickets, but the fan base is more transient than other teams because people can add attending an NBA game to their Disney trip. I think ownership is happy enough if the team is doing OK, and they don't necessarily exert the same kind of pressure others might to keep improving the team. I believe this is why Weltman gets by doing so very little. I also think this is why so many of their stars leave, and why they're not a hot free agent destination.

Edit: Speaking of Weltman, the Suggs news is terrible because it gives him more cause to use the "so many injuries" excuse to do little this summer.

 

Great point about disney, funny enough im making my first ever trip to Kia Center from NJ this weekend and staying 2 extra days to go to disney. Going down for the game, but pleasing the gf by taking her to Disney lol. Compromise. This has been my franchise since Penny and Shaq and this season started of Magical. Even went Paolo went down and Franz took over. I booked this trip then, not kicking myself because after seeing dozens of Magic away games in NY, Philly, Brooklyn, and charlotte, I owe it to myself to see the OZone.
