Without fail, the Heat are now losing in the 4th after leading the whole game.

 

They probably should have helped, but it might just be the curse of being that big in an unforgiving game.

Also, the Sixers medical staff (and its communication) is certainly not the best in the league. Plus, Embiid is pretty stubborn himself.

 

The multiple surgeries on the same knee are likely what has gotten him here. As far as I know they have all been meniscus related, every time they take away meniscus, it just accelerates the time frame for him developing osteoarthritis.
