legit couldn't watch the Mavericks outside of nationally televised games for years because Diamond Sports affiliates were only on cable or Directv. Was super annoying. Thank goodness Streameast existed lmao

Okay so why are your games unavailable? Because the idea of not having access to the Celtics is like...foreign to me. Is it just contract disputes with broadcasts or something?

depending on the region, Bally for example, is owned by a larger media group who has deals with certain providers and those channels are only available on things like full on cable or Dish/Directv. The streamers have never had Bally. So basically you either go to a bar or you pirate or wait for a TNT/ESPN game lol

 

Honestly not really. I know they're a thing but have never once worried about them or thought much about them lol.

Like my entire life in Boston every Patriots, Celtics, Red Sox and Bruins game has been available. Up until recently only the Red Sox and Bruins have left YouTube TV because they have their own streamer now so it's still available just an extra cost because they're greedy.
