I read he’s got like 3 fastball shapes, 2 change ups, and 2 curveballs with different speeds and break and if the rays can get his release point synced up with all those offerings, then velocity might be meaningless

 

Why couldn't he get a major league deal? Teams afraid he's gonna Dice-K it up?

 

Hope it works out to be a huge steal for the rays, they need innings eaten badly

also, there are a few pitchers going right back on the 60 day il once the offseason ends so I doubt he will be starting the season in the minors unless the rays pick up more/better pitching before opening day
