he was good, thats not really what i'm saying. i didn't think he was Cy Young good, which pulls me to look at the rest of the NL's pitching this season.

 

Lot of walks but 2.25 era and 6 WAR. Plenty deserving

Everytime I watch him it seems like he sucks because he takes ninety five years to get through each inning even with the pitch clock so I know what you mean lol

Carroll 100% deserves it but i'm pretty psyched to see Senga just in the NLROY top 3. his first month or two was pretty shaky but, he was pretty much the only bright spot for this team all year aside from Pete's meat bombs.

In a true multi-verse there's an infinite number of worlds where that will happen, but in this one it will not.

Who knows how he'll be when he does fully heal. I suppose he would likely get more if he comes back and is close to what he was when he got injured, but if he comes back as less than, he's going to get less. Better for him to get what he can now, which will still be probably more than any other player in history

 

Saw enough photos of Ohtani on the Angels bench last year looking like he wanted to die so my guess is no

 

I mean, he can take a one year prove it deal worth that much and more with a team he knows isn’t gonna be total bullshit.
