O, thanks. I knew about the brawl, but didn't know that he was the one that got hit. Nothing like a grand slam to shut up the crowd.

extrenely luck break for the eagles fans that passed out piss drunk in the bushes at the Linc that when they wake up they can just head right into xfinity live for phillies tailgate.

 

lol...the Eagles/Phillies/Sixers/Flyers stadiums/arena are all in one area in south philly, share all their lots with each other, etc. The city thought it would be a good idea to let comcast spectacore build what basically amounts to a giant sports bar right in the same area and turn it into a whole ass sports party hub (which, frankly, it was a good idea money wise lol). So now it's this huge ass complex with like 5 different restaurant/bars, whole shitload of entertainment (think like mechanical bbull and shit lol), 30 foot TV screen in the main area, etc etc. Lots of media events there, like a local sports radio station has a "fan fest" there every year and this year they had Fall Out Boy playing a concert during it and etc.

So, where there are drunk eagles/phillies fans, many of them will be flocking to XfinityLive every game and creating even more of a shitshow than what already existed in and around the stadiums. As we know, the more drunk philly fans you can crowd into one space, the more good things happen.

 

xfinity live is incredible. i've been once before a mets phillies game and it really is something to experience.

 

A year to the day I was at the NLCS clincher last year. Been verrrrry tempted all day to grab tickets on seatgeek but the prices have just been a bit too high. I had hopes after they dropped once the game got pushed to 5 PM, but unfortunately they didn’t drop far enough.

not sure why there was any pretense of it being served in the postseason. when has that ever happened? Yuli Gurriel did the most racist shit during the 2017 World Series and served it the following season

 

I guess cus he originally was supposed to serve it starting yesterday. I forgot all about the punishment for that being pushed back to the following season

 

And as I say this, huge price drop hit as soon as 4:45 hit. But I live 30 minutes away and the traffic will make it a 60-80 minute venture just to get to the lots. It’s just too late
