Look baseball is the hardest sport to play and people that make it to the MLB are extremely good even if they’re the worst player on their team/league but Ben Verlander thinking he had a chance to make the Tigers as a 25 year who never played above High A ball and had a minor league career slash line of .225/.283/.314/.597 has to be the funniest/saddest thing I read on Twitter today. Even funnier because he got released that spring.
