I never had any real concern that Scherzer and Verlander could still pitch well in their old age, I just worried if their bodies could keep up with it and it seems that worry may be showing to be valid

I realize worrying about him missing one day is probably an overreaction but still. “lingering soreness” could always be an issue with a 40 year old
