Well we have Clarke Schmidt and a very healthy Bader who is definitely playing right now instead of Aaron Hicks!

 

Bader will miss 60-70 games a season, still put up 3-4 defensive WAR in the time he's on the field, and have a month where he hits a bunch of homers and makes you dream...then he'll be hurt again next year in camp. It sucks but it's a pretty tried-and-true pattern at this point I'm afraid.
