I’m very skilled at indie rock / punk adjacent stuff and I can get the notes and flow/rhythm exactly right, even if I’m transcribing a pop or hip hop etc song that isn’t written on a guitar. But my forte is not shredding in scales, im not that kinda guitarist. I can do some lead guitar work but what makes me stand out is my ability to mix some leads in with the rhythm and play both at the same time, as opposed to simply wailing 37292883 notes in a solo
