i love that the controversial opinions threads on this site are just safe spaces for people to just post their worst opinions.

I don’t think a majority of people on this website would be able to handle what I think about their beloved bands if I posted in their threads, which I guess is why the controversial music thread exists or whatever

 

at least twice a week i have to restrain myself from going into the bl*nk thread and just downright making fun of people

 

oh yeah same, I keep my mouth shut about a ton of these bands lol.

Maybe, but probably not. While it is one of the only albums I still like from them, I’m not sure I can justify spending money on so many shows this fall, but we’ll see. I may change my mind as the date draws nearer

I said I didn't like motion city soundtrack in this thread and people freaked out and Randall told me all the music I listen to is bad or something

 

I told the story in here before but I don't actually dislike their music, I just got into a fight with them on Twitter and they were mean to their fans so I don't like them

 

Honestly I don’t even remember who else is playing but I never heard of the two bands. I may go.

I used to be big into MCS, but I just don’t care about them anymore. Their music is no longer for me and I feel that way about most pop punk or whatever music. Tony is a rad drummer though.

 

Back in high school I got in an argument on myspace with Keith Buckley.

yeah I finally got to see them for the first time last year and that's enough for me, I don't want to hear a new MCS record or anything like that

 

Actually, speaking of Keith Buckley and controversial music opinions, Every Time I Die was an overrated band. Lots of good albums, but few great ones.

Probably. I just like riffs but yeah I'd agree that they have very little that's like, must hear, and a lot that's just fun to enjoy
