I like the helmet

C+ jersey. Cool helmet. The Blue is toooo much.

 

I hate that all these new alts are in games against the Browns. I don't want to watch that, come on.

 

I'd prefer to never have to watch a team with Deshaun Watson at QB

The worst thing about the late 90's was every team moving on to darker shades of blue/green in place of kelly green/royal blue. The Jets weren't as bad of offenders because the retro look was sharp, but the bright green jerseys were my favorites as a kid.

I want Eagles in kelly green this year damn it. Apparently that is actually happening this season tho.

 

I handed an envelope to a guy at work yesterday, and it was the peel and stick style. He licked it, tried to close it. Looked SO confused. Licked it again. Licked it again. I had to leave the room, it was getting too painful and I couldn't tell him at that point what was happening.

 

IMO there was too much Kelly green in the 80s/90s. With the Eagles, Jets, Seahawks, etc all there, no one really owned it like the Celtics do in basketball

but now, everyone rotated off of it so it’s out there again with no one really owning it and one of these teams (Jets would be preferred for me because I like the current Seahawks and Eagles’ looks a lot more than the current Jets) need to rotate back into it full time

 

Seahawks were grey area because silver/blue were their primary colors, but they made the darker shades more unique to them by contrasting it with the bright green. They were also the first team to really own the gaudy Nike look & stick with it. The throwbacks have their place, though. I think the Eagles should own the kelly green scheme because it looks the best with the silver wings on the helmets & the Jets pulled off the darker shade better with the updated throwback uniforms. Their current look stinks, though.
