I think I’ve made my AC opinions clear enough to not go off about them anymore lol

also I can walk back one thing: when it’s actually 90 and humid for more than one day at a time, I do turn the AC lower because it has to work harder to maintain the same temperature. I had it on 67 to sleep the other day and it didn’t feel that cold actually.

I feel like my issue is the number, and how my house actually feels are not consistent haha. If it’s not super hot outside, AC on 67 feels way colder. I cannot explain that.

 

I walked it back! That was the opposite of “going off” about it lol

 

Also, my last house in DC did not have central air, just window units

and damn does it feel like QUITE a luxury to have AC and nice carpet again lol even if I’m a hardass about it

Summer was not fun in that last house lol. I was able to keep my room cold with the door shut but the living room and kitchen were hot as hell, especially when I was cooking
