Kroger is the biggest ripoff grocery store now too, everything is so much expensive there than anywhere else, and they used to be the cheapest. Trader Joes is consistently the cheapest but god damn I need a whole day to decompress after stepping foot in a TJs

my wife figured it out a few months ago. Its honestly comparable and even cheaper some weeks to just eat out or order out every night than it is to buy groceries. Especially when you consider the time it takes for cooking, cleanup, etc. Wild.
