82 degrees with 71% humidity here.

Which means my AC is cranked down to 65 degrees and I’m not seeing the outside world for three days

One of our most frequent disagreements. That’s perfect summer weather to me and AC on 65 would literally have me chilling on the porch most the day

 

There is no perfect "summer weather" or winter weather. It's all weather. I'm equally angry at 90 degrees in December and July.

 

hence why I don't live in Florida or Texas? lol

 

Have you noticed the entire planet is complaining about global “warming”? Heat is the enemy.

 

I just will never understand for the life of me how people enjoy 90+ weather/humidity

like yeah you can go in a beach (also yuck) or pool I guess, but I am talking about just being outside normally in regular clothes. Its so uncomfortable.

 

Any humidity over like 50% is trash. Can't even cool off in the shade because the shade still feels like 95 degrees. The only thing I miss about El Paso is the dry heat.

It's awful. Nothing enjoyable about it. Not a single thing. If I can fry an egg of the fucking sidewalk it's too damn hot.

Colorado has been having monsoons daily for the past 2 months. On the bright side it’s as green as I’ve ever seen it, almost as green as the Northeast, and most days have barely registered 80 degrees

 

Its perfectly normal and reasonable for someone to be uncomfortable in 80+ degrees weather, its hot, and its just so silly for the reaction *every single time* to be “yeah well youve never lived in florida” lol

 

But it’s been extremely difficult to do anything this summer because it has been pouring all day every day so I feel like we’ve barely done anything

 

I know just as many people in Texas that loathe the heat that enjoy it.

 

Also doesn't it make you just as soft if you can't handle the AC being under 70 degrees lol

 

Softer. Dude can't stand being comfortable

My hot take is it’s completely unnecessary for AC to be below 72 degrees and no I will not be reading the replies

 

It’s not 90+ today and it’s not that humid though! Lol.

But yes everyone hates 95 and humid I don’t think anyone LIKES that

 

Sounds like a pretty ….room temperature…. take, if you ask me.

 

comfort is an ambient temperature you don’t feel, not actively cold air blowing on you for more than 5 minutes at a time

 

It’s just not nearly as hot as it has been, this is a weird day to complain if you live in the upper east coast haha
