Gabe Davis contract IS what I thought it was originally. Me saying those numbers are inflated was…. Not correct. I read up on option and roster bonuses and how they work and uh… yeah that is $27M ($24M guaranteed) that we are locked into for 2 years, no way around it. It is NOT just a fluffed up deal, it is $13M AAV minimum.

We could’ve just added DeAndre Hopkins last year for that like I wanted lmao. He got exactly Gabe Davis money from the Titans - 2 years $26M - to be as productive as Ridley, but with Will Levis. I literally don’t even care about the age gap between Hop and Davis if that’s how wide the talent gap is.
