Eh, the fact that he had drops that were clearly rusty / drew a LOT of PIs… AND didn’t have Kirk to take some pressure off for most of the year… but still managed a 1000 yard / 8 TD line, tells me he can work the X position

He can run the difficult route tree and I don’t think it’s impossible that his struggles as an X had a lot to do with him getting used to the physicality of the NFL again / re learning the route running skills he used to have to beat press, which you can’t really practice on your own without a good defender across from you

 

Shit I’ll take Brown too we need that as well lol

Good points and I agree. I think he can do it. I just think he probably shouldn’t more than 25-30% of the time.
