Idk, I'd guess Nielsen must have liked what he's seen and has plans for one of them to move.

 

Everything I read about him makes it seem like he'd be a good replacement for Haason Reddick while Nolan Smith continues to develop

 

Hasn't been a fun 2.5 hours for me or Dave

 

Now, Reddick did play on early downs too, but I think the Eagles could still play Huff 50-60% of the time while bumping up Smith's playing time. I know Smith was good against the run in college. Perhaps Sweat and Smith are the guys on early downs for them while Huff rotates in for passing situations

 

honestly just go sign Derrick Henry instead and move things along

Henry is obviously 30, but him on Baltimore, Texans, Dallas, or Philly is a solid move. I still think he has 1 year left in the tank on a team that isn't stacking the entire box because Will Levis is throwing it.

 

I don't think Henry on the Eagles would be a good fit

I don't know what type of run scheme the Titans were running, but I get the sense that the Eagles want a little more juice and elusiveness out of their starting RB and get them in space rather than a battering ram who is going to invite contact.

 

My poor father in law. He accepted Cousins was moving on and is actively "hoping" for Nick Mullens to start, or as a hope would want Darnold lol
