  3. yeah I am a big fan of it if we keep Aaron Jones - if we don't keep Jones I am less of a fan of it but still would be okay cuz I think it's an obvious Dillon upgrade

    Lol I have.

The Jags do some silly fucking stuff. Those things then get debated to a reckless degree lol.

It's not everyone dunking on the Jags because they're the Jags and that's just how it goes. It's everyone dunking on the Jags because they defend the paint like Muggsy Bogues and then we have to listen to you and Randall go 15 rounds about it every time lol.

I think exposing Ridley to free agency if they want him back was silly. I do not think risking letting him be lured away by a team with a bag is worth saving 30 spots in the draft. If it was a 2nd or nothing at all, sure. But if they want him back they're giving up a good pick either way, so sorry I don't think it's Baalke being a master strategist lol

  5. I mean most of his issues is missing tackles missing deflections and dropping passes

Jacobs and Jones will be epic if that is in fact what happens

Packers' first free agent signing ever

  8. well Jacobs didn't have the best 2023 season and Aaron Jones has publicly stated he doesn't mind taking less money to stay in Green Bay.

  9. I love the sarcasm haha but we have money this offseason so I think it'll be really similar to the 2019 offseason when we signed the Smith bros and Amos

I'm still not 100% convinced they're all in on needing him back haha, we'll see though. They need SOMEONE but I'm not convinced it's Ridley, but yeah I agree IF that's the situation

Sure, my whole argument is predicated on them wanting Ridley back, which they, Matt and Randall have all stated is true lol. If they don't give a fuck if he's back or not then fuck it.

  13. weakest spot is the offensive line in that there isn't much depth (a lot of young talent tho) but I'm expecting them to draft a shit ton of o-linemen in the draft

The move was to franchise tag him. I agree, they should've done that. that was the obvious move. They didn't so basically the choices are re-sign him and lose a 2nd or re-sign him and lose a 3rd. There is literally no argument for the former. He can choose not to sign that contract at that point. Nothing we can do about that.

Yeah he lined up at free safety for you guys the vast majority of the time whereas for us he's replacing Rayshawn who was a downhill guy. Not saying it's gonna work out but he will have a different role.

There's just this weird stubborn thing all teams do where they want players back at their price and not a dollar more, and then they lose the player and are like "well shit, now what" and I do not get it.

  18. yeah I hope it works out for you (and him) - he was just total ass outside of that Dallas pick 6 (which was fucking sick) last season

You're at a great spot because you don't need to spend draft picks on the offensive skill positions. Great and rare place to be. I'm so jealous haha

  23. yeah I'm not mad about how this packers rebuild has gone so far - offense has the potential to average 30 a game next season

Maybe it was Aaron Rodgers holding them back from fixing the offense all along

And in this instance, to me, the Jags don't really need a WR. I disagree with Randall there. But losing Ridley and now having Kirk, Davis Engram and ETC moves WR into the need category. So now the draft just got harder. That's my thing.
